This workshop will include basic, sensitively presented information on Mental Preparedness, Verbal Skills, and Physical Defensive Skills. This two-session class is appropriate for all gender parents and and all gender children in 3rd to 5th Grade.
This 12-hour boundary setting, personal safety, and self defense class, taught by Heidi Sproull and Anika Sproull, will teach you the basics— and add to existing skills for your personal empowerment. This course integrates physical, mental, and verbal self-defense skills through an empowerment-focused and intersectionally-aware lens.
This four-Sundays class is appropriate for all girls and women 12 years and up—trans, nonbinary, and queer folx welcome.
